We have two areas that we use to set up a party table for cake and presents immediately following your game. The area depends on the game reserved and other reservations on the schedule that day. Parents and non-players are welcome to drop off or wait in the lobby during the game. Staff handles all of the cleanup afterwards.
BLUE RIDGE MALL - Hendersonville
Optional: Outside Store Party Table Time
This location does not have a dedicated in store space for a party table, there is an open area outside of our store that we set up a table and 8 chairs. Also the Brew Ridge Deli is around the corner. We offer your party time set up just outside our space during your game and for the hour AFTER your game for a $100 fee. This reservation is outside of our store, so that we can keep the our lobby clear for other groups playing.
PARTY TIME AGREEMENT
Let’s keep the party safe, clean, and full of smiles! By booking the party room, you agree to these cheerful guidelines:
1. GROWN-UPS IN CHARGE: An adult will stay with the kids at all times to help the fun time stay safe and smooth!
2. PARTY ON SCHEDULE: All the decorating, celebrating, and cleaning up happens within your reserved party time—let’s make every minute count! You may access your space 15 minutes early to setup if so desired.
3. KIND DECORATIONS ONLY: Feel free to bring the party table decorations— balloons, plates, napkins and the like are great option, due to space and time limitations, hanging decorations are not a fit and please refrain from taping or tacking on the walls.
4. KEEP IT TIDY AND SAFE: You are welcome to bring food, cake, presents, etc. To keep things tidy, safe and allergy-friendly, we ask that you leave glitter, confetti, smoking, and alcohol at home. Our staff will wipe down and take out the trash can after your party, please do a general tidying of your trash and decorations before you leave.
5. FRIENDLY VOLUME: We love laughter and excitement! Please keep music and noise at a joyful but reasonable level— out of kindness to our next door or downstairs neighbors.
6. TAKE CARE OF OUR SPACE: Please treat the room like it’s your own—if anything gets damaged, the renter may be responsible for fixing or replacing it.
7. KEEP FURNITURE IN PLACE: To keep our floors scratch free, please refrain from moving furniture by yourself. A host can assist if you have a special arrangement request.
